Excellent service ,excellent representation of dealership I brought my 2008 Pontiac for an oil change on August 21,2015. My appointment was at 11:00. As soon as I drove into the service entrance I was met by Benny, my service advisor. From the moment we shook hands he was professional and attentive. He explained the process from beginning to end. I was treated as though I had a brand new car even though my car is 8 years old. Because of the service I received from Benny I would consider buying my next car from Doral Buick GMC. More

I had just realized that I was going on a long trip for the 4th of July Holiday and I needed an Oil Change, rotation of tires and all that other good stuff. Benny asked me how far I was and said; "Come over right now, do not worry, that's what we are here for" An hour and a half later, I was a "Satisfied Customer". From my wife's GMC Acadia to my Buick Regal, we have always taken it to there. Benny Perera is the man when it comes to service. He is knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He is a STAR when it comes to customer service. Just last week I took my vehicle and I didn't have an appointment. It was making a noise and I was concerned. He took care of me immediately. Got me a shuttle to take me to work, and even went the extra mile to pick me up personally at work at 6pm. The shuttle driver had already gone home but Benny goes the extra mile and takes care of his customers. He picked me up and drove me back to the dealership to pick up my car. Thanks Benny!!! We need more people like Benny in Service. More
