Horrible Customer Service in the Doral Service Center with Service manager Noel Acevedo & GM Juan Dominguez. After explaning my issue with my Buick Enlave and escalated to both manager & GM nothing got so with Service manager Noel Acevedo & GM Juan Dominguez. After explaning my issue with my Buick Enlave and escalated to both manager & GM nothing got solved. Dont take your car here if you want something to get resolved. More

Service Review I had the best experience I have ever had in a dealership. Benny Perera has always helped me; he is very considerate, and always keeps me up to date. He does everything he can to help his clients. His demeanor and behavior is amazingly considerate. He is always willing to help you. Benny is a godsend for both the clients and the dealership. I also received amazing support and assistance from Otto Val Arriete (who helped me even though he doesn't work directly with the service department). Although Benny was great at his job, he allowed a friendly environment considering he took the time to have a good conversation with me.
