my parents lease was coming due and i had been looking into what car they should get into next. I saw the 2013 GMC Acadia and decided to go check it out with them. i was greeted at Doral Buick GMC by Jorge Espinosa jr. after picking out the color that my parents wanted, jorge went ahead and brought the car to us without us having to follow him into the big lot of cars that they have. He then proceeded to show us the new changes to the Acadia from the previous 2012 model and showed us all the features that the car comes with such as the bluetooth, touch screen radia, pandora, backup camera and sensors, etc. We were very happy with the service we were provided when it came to our new car buying experience. once the papers were signed and the car was ours, jorge helped us with registering for our first service appointment and our free trial of onstar along with connecting our cell phones to the cars bluetooth and demonstrating how to make and receive calls. before we left we took a walk around the dealer to familiarize ourselves with the service department where we would be coming for our regular maintenance. overall we were very happy with our purchase and the experience we had here and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
