That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. As we discussed on the phone, it was a misunderstanding between our receptionist and the salesman as to the vehicle selling the night before you arrived. As you remember, we promised to get you the exact same vehicle at the same price. However, it was out of our control that you could not get approved by any of our banks. We also apologize that we could not accept the $100 gas offer in return for you not posting this negetive review. It is just not the way we do business. We strive in earning customers for life; and are sorry that we have fallen short this time. For your next purchase we can offer free delivery for your inconvenience.
