Sold me a car that’s shaky, made me pay for new tires 2 days after getting the car. All the ports don’t work for chargers. Aren’t being helpful with a loaner car whatsoever. days after getting the car. All the ports don’t work for chargers. Aren’t being helpful with a loaner car whatsoever. More

It seemed like a tactic to inflate the numbers and then discount them, creating the illusion of a deal. They included all warranties for paint and additional services to increase the total. Despite knowing I was trading in a car with a transfer cost of only $82, they quoted $650. When I pointed out that I didn't require any warranties and that the tag transfer fee seemed excessive, they claimed it was an estimate. They adjusted these figures, giving the impression of negotiation and a favorable deal. I took the initiative to do my own calculations. It's crucial to be vigilant. Ensure they provide you with the actual costs and omit any unnecessary charges. Nonetheless, Salesman Yohan was not at fault; he was caught in the management's practices. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and showed us cars that met our expectations. Ask for Yohan when you visit the dealership, but, management - not so much. Would I purchase a car from them again? Likely, yes, but with more caution. Ultimately, they claimed to have saved me $7,000, which was an exaggeration. It came down to eliminating unnecessary warranties and lowering the tag transfer cost from $650 to $82. Regarding my trade-in, I had a quote from CarMax, which they met, including taxes. Ensure you have a clear understanding of all the figures before meeting with a finance manager. Initially, the finance manager offered me a rate of 9.9%, but after negotiations, we settled on 3.99% due to my excellent credit score. I hope this helps others who will be in my situation. More
