When you get there, you are greeted promptly. If you stay while the work is being done, there is plenty of room inside to work or read comfortably and feel safe because of social distancing. My service adviser Benny and the mechanic who has taken care of my vehicle on several occasions are just the best -- and so are the other people I've had contact with. Last comment: access to the dealership is really easy, off 826 or 836. That was my one big concern before I got my vehicle from Lorenzo, and it just has not been a problem at all. More

Good experience purchasing, poor with follow up coomunicatio The purchase procedure went well and I felt I had gotten a good deal on the car and on my trade. Only catch was only one key fob with vehicle. I was t The purchase procedure went well and I felt I had gotten a good deal on the car and on my trade. Only catch was only one key fob with vehicle. I was told I could get one from any dealer such as my hometown dealer in Naples. I found that the key fob was going to cost over $300 and have tried contacting the sales person and the finance manager but no one will return my calls or emails. I think the least Lorenzo could do would be to provide the key fob at their cost, but they won't even reply. Very disappointed and I couldn't recommend them fro this reason. More
