I must admit that my interaction with the Service Department at Lorenzo GMC has been excellent. The Assistant Service Manager with whom I've been dealing with, Bianco Cruz, is not only very knowledge Department at Lorenzo GMC has been excellent. The Assistant Service Manager with whom I've been dealing with, Bianco Cruz, is not only very knowledgeable, but he has been extraordinarily responsive to my calls and my questions/requests. Even when he does not have an answer for me right away, he usually gets back to me with the answer in short order. He is the primary reason I plan to return to Lorenzo GMC for all of my GMC Sierra needs. More
