It's been almost a month and they still haven't resolved the problem, another late payment for my credit history

2/26/25 up to this moment they still have not paid the trade in car, I just lost 94 points on my credit and I have had to pay the bank more than 2500 dollars so that they do not continue reporting me in collections since I have a record of delinquency on my credit and when I call the Lorenzo Buick Doral dealer they tell me that the manager is going to call me and I have been waiting for that call for more than a month, this is the worst nightmare that someone can go through, my next plan is a lawsuit to get them to respond to me for the deterioration of my credit and for the money that I have had to pay to stop losing my credit.
