Never got a second key with my brand new Buick enclave and they did go ahead and order one, but since I live about 130 miles away from the dealership, I would either have to go there to get it programmed and they did go ahead and order one, but since I live about 130 miles away from the dealership, I would either have to go there to get it programmed or they can send it to me and I have to pay for it. I think that’s bogus! How is that my issue that they couldn’t find the second key!? Also, it’s been almost 30 days now since I’ve signed on my new Buick and I had a trade-in and they’ve yet to pay that off. I’ve never dealt with a dealership that’s taken this long to pay off the trade-in. Also, after I signed on the new Buick, I left the parking lot and realized that I only had a quarter tank of gas and I had a 130 mile drive to go home. Just thought that was kind of crummy of them to not fill it up, considering every other Car I’ve ever purchased comes with a full tank of gas More
