3 strikes I've been excited about this dealership opening here in this area however my experience has been disappointing. First I brought my prius in for a tune I've been excited about this dealership opening here in this area however my experience has been disappointing. First I brought my prius in for a tune up and a change of the engine serpentine belt. They did the tune up but no one explained to me why the belt was not changed. 2nd I bought a part for my car at the parts department thinking they would treat me fairly. I paid $80 for the same part that sold for $25 at other retailers. 3rd I called recently, over an hour ago about the engine serpentine belt maintenance. The service advisor could not answer when it should be changed or if it even has one. I therefore called a real trustworthy auto shop in Lewisville and the service advisor was able to tell me on the spot that my 2012 Prius is a generation 3 and does not have a serpentine belt that ever needs changing. I'm still on hold waiting for the dealership to answer my question or call me back. "Strike 3" In short, I do not recommend this dealership for anything other than the free regular maintenance that comes from the manufacturer. Please hire people with a better product knowledge, a passion for customer service, and stop ripping people off with yours process on parts and service. Thank you. More
Billy Stewart went above and beyond! I was a loyal Ford customer all my life until their service levels and resale values fell into the toilet. After realizing that Ford and many of their local dealers were not interested in maintaining decent customer service I bought my very first Toyota. I had taken my Tundra in for its first service and tire rotation on a Saturday. On Monday morning I noticed a slight vibration in my steering wheel on my way to work. Billy had told me on Saturday that my drivers side rear tire looked to have a defect so I thought nothing of it since I was having the warranty send a new tire. At 5:30 when I was leaving work I noticed a rattling noise so I decided to go ahead and contact the dealership to let them know. Billy took my call and told me to go ahead and bring my truck to him personally. I was in Richardson and he knew I wouldn't make it in before closing but he wanted to see the truck. Billy stayed after all service staff, office staff and sales staff had left for the day working hard to get my truck right. We were the last 2 people there and he got everything fixed perfectly. He even took the truck on a road test to make sure there were no issues. This level of service is unfortunately completely unheard of these days. Longo of Prosper has made me into a loyal customer through the dedication of Billy and his genuine caring for the customer. And Billy has made me into a loyal Toyota customer as well. More
