I'm always satisfied with the quality of the service and the intera I've taken my vehicle here for scheduled service since buying it here 2 years ago. I'm always satisfied with the quality of the service and the interactions with the service reps. The reps are personable and professional, explaining exactly what they plan to do, and - afterwards - what they did. Plus the service bay is clearly visible from the waiting area. That gives me confidence that the service crew is comfortable with the customer watching. Overall, another great experience. Thanks, Mike, for the professional service. More
Doug was extremely professional and helped get my truck the repairs it needed in a timely manner even without an appointment which wasn’t possible as the website service scheduler was non-operational. Only negative is that on-hold info states LOAN cars but they only RENT cars. Sad when my other vehicle always gets a free loaner for all-day repairs like this had, and that cost $2,300.00. More

Just like my previous advisors at this dealer, he is easy to deal with and good at communicating repair status. No high pressure. I love that you can rent a car from them in a quick 5 minutes. (Thank you, Amber!) While service is not cheap, their prices are reasonable and they offer frequent specials. They get you in and out efficiently. And my car is clean with no grease marks on my light leather interior. I drive 10 miles farther to get to Longo. They are worth it! More

I saw the car sitting idle for more than 30 minutes and had to inquire from Ken on what’s going on. I see other agents promptly telling the customers about the time left on their service etc. More
