I am not the kind of person who usually writes negative reviews, but yesterday was my tipping point. First they had a car advertised online as a new arrival, meaning you HAVE the car on the lot, and we cam reviews, but yesterday was my tipping point. First they had a car advertised online as a new arrival, meaning you HAVE the car on the lot, and we came to see that car and were told after waiting that they didn’t know where the car was because of the snow storm that happened the week before and wouldn’t know when it would be arriving, that it could be that same day or in a week or more. Um... WHAT?? How do you have no idea where a car is?? And why have it listed on your website if it’s not actually there?! We called ahead of time to confirm they had it since they didn’t have pictures up yet and were told it was in fact on the lot!!! So that was lie #1. Classic bait and switch. Then, we agreed to look at other RAV4’s and he drove one up to the front and he kept going on and on about how the lunar rock color is unique and because of that it costs more..... uhhhh. Lie #2! I’ve done my research for months and know for a FACT that it does NOT cost more. If anything, I would even argue I would pay less for this color because it is so hard to match in the case of repairs and that presents an issue. But he kept going on and on about how it’s a one of a kind color and worth more. At this point I am just taking all his lies in to see what kind of sales person he is and not commenting on them. When I tell him I don’t actually in fact like the color and it is not worth it to pay extra he seems to get upset and offended and asks me okay well what color do you want then? I said I want to look at white and he makes me and my family walk over to the RAV4 section and he drives that car back to the aisle. I had already given him my license in case of a test drive, yet he makes his customers walk instead of driving them over there?... what happened Tony?? Don’t you call yourself Superman and advertise that when you walk through the door? Seems more like Lex Luther to me! We get to the RAV4 section and he shows us a white car and starts to say how since white is such a hot commodity of a color these tend to be higher priced as well! WTH?! So what is it Tony??? A rare color is more expensive or a common color is more expensive? We ask what the starting price for this car is and he says a little over $31,000. Uhh your own WEBSITE says MSRP is $30,000!! He already is trying to get $1,000 more from us and negotiations haven’t even started! I work in the auto industry and have for years. Not only do I know the actual worth and value of each make and model of vehicle and cost of business, but I also know how these negotiations tactics work. I know the higher number you start at, the less you are willing to work with someone and this tactic tries to ensure that you’ll get more for the object than it is actually worth. Fast forward to sitting down with him to negotiate. He off the bat asks for the $31,000 stating you can’t negotiate new cars, maybe if it was used but it’s not. We tell him his website lists a starting price of $29,000.He says okay yes but that’s the lowest he can go. BS. These incentives are AUTOMATICALLY given to ANYONE. He keeps insisting and I tell him no and he says okay let me go talk to my manager. We go back and forth and they settle on a number and won’t budge insisting no one will give us this price elsewhere and they’re “losing money”. Lie #4. We already had an offer from another dealer lower than this and were giving them a chance because of a coworker recommending me here. Throughout the whole negotiations process he tried to mansplain to me and my sister what goes into the pricing of a car and how much they’re truly worth and said they aren’t Ford or Chevy who make cheap cars and Can negotiate with you more because of that. Lie #5. We have a FORD SUV we’ve had since 2000 and hadn’t had a single issue with it. They also CAN negotiate, they’re just unwilling to. There is so much more but the bottom line is to STAY AWAY. They are SEXIST and MISOGYNISTS who also made racist assumptions based on my dads broken English and our casual rainy wear. They assumed because I am a young Hispanic woman I wouldn’t know anything about cars and neither would my dad and we wouldn’t know how to negotiate. Well they assumed wrong. I assure you that your meek seven years of experience Tony don’t compare to my 10. At every point they tried to lie and con me and once I started fighting back and not backing down then Tony was stuck and dumbfounded and started to stumble. He got upset and then stopped trying to negotiate because he realized I knew his every word was a lie and there was no recovering and instead of making it up would rather essentially kick us out because his pride was hurt. Seriously, DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Especially if you are ethnic!!! I cannot tell you how different other non-ethnic customers were being treated in comparison to us. They looked at our clothes and our buns and assumed we had no education, career, or brains. BIG MISTAKE. P.S. His manager he brought over isn’t even listed here. Who knows who the heck he was. More

Service was great, communication was great, and repairs were completed in a timely manner. Why does the review have to be 25 words minimum. Doesn’t make sense were completed in a timely manner. Why does the review have to be 25 words minimum. Doesn’t make sense More
