We had been searching for a new used Subaru after an accident totaled our last car. Longo Toyota had one and it was listed at a reasonable price. Tony got it back on the lot and cleaned up for our viewing. Tony kept us updated on the status as we had a long drive to the dealer. Communication A+! He was also quite familiar with many of the Subaru specific features. The 2 features he did not know about he got online and in the driver’s seat to figure them out for us. When we thought a major safety feature was broken, he found how to test it and proved all was working correctly. A+ on presale support! So car is great, all features confirmed good, and now for the best part, the dealing. We went inside and both started with reasonable offers. After 3 short rounds we agreed on a good price. He was respectful and never made us wait long between offer and counter offer. At no point did he try to up the price with the typical “snake oil” dealer add-ons.. A+ on dealing! Once the paperwork was all done, Tony brought the car around, put the temp plates on, answered a few final feature questions, and wished us a safe and happy trip home in our new car.
