Excellent Experience I just moved to Texas from NY and I was in the market for a car. I requested a quote from the Longo Toyota Dealer and Greg Norman called me that next I just moved to Texas from NY and I was in the market for a car. I requested a quote from the Longo Toyota Dealer and Greg Norman called me that next morning. He was very open with me about the way they do business at the dealership. All prices up front. You see everything they see and what they can do for you. He also doesn’t work on commission. You know that’s true because I never felt pressured. Greg was really trying to get me in the best car for me. It didn’t matter when it was. We agreed to meet at 11am but I ran late. He waited for me. He even planned to leave and go for lunch but I texted him when I finally got to the dealership and he came right back. Before coming to the dealership - I looked up a few used cars they had on their lot (I was planning to buy new)... there was a great deal I wanted to check out so I told Greg about it. He looked it up and in deed the used car was in their lot and available. I test drove the used and new car. No pressure from anyone on which to select. Greg showed me all the differences and features between the two cars and gave me time to decide what I wanted to do. At the end - I went for the used car... and I’m so happy with the purchase. When you go to Longo Toyota ask for Greg Norman. He’s your guy! More

I requested for a quote from Longo through the Costco Auto Program. Andrea reached out to us, we agreed on a time to meet. Andrea showed us the cars /allowed us to test drive. Along with the great service, the good part was the pricing pricing. There was no need to haggle or bargain as it was already lower than what we were anticipating. I did go to other dealers to check out other brands of card but came back to buy from Longo because of the no hassle process More

My visit was only for an oil change, but I thought I’d look at the 2018 models while waiting for the 2019’s to arrive later in the year. Andrea found that exactly what I wanted was available in the 2018 model. Since I hadn’t prepared all questions in my mind I had to call upon Andrea to help me think through my questions and concerns. She was professional to the end, even though I made it a long night for her. Andrea's patience and expertise are an asset to any corporation. efficient, polite, not pushy and informative I came in looking for a car for my son for high school graduation. I was helped by Trey Meador. Trey was genuinely nice and not pushy at all, but in I came in looking for a car for my son for high school graduation. I was helped by Trey Meador. We test drove the car I was interested and I told him I would come back later with my sons truck to trade in and my wife to make sure she was on board. He gave me his cell and told me to text when I was close. I did and when I got there the car was at the front ready to go. We quickly got through the initial sales process and then saw James Seabaugh to finalize the finance. This was also a breeze. I also want to mention the Sales Manager Shaun Anderson. When he found out the car was a gift for our sons graduation, he threw in an extra $500 on the trade in. I've always dreaded the car buying process, but these guys and this team went a long ways in fixing that. I appreciate all the help we got. We will be back. More

Their posted price was very upfront with all information and was lower than everyone else who tried to offer a lower price but included the rebate.
