Great experience! Nick was awesome! I was looking to purchase either a Camry or Rav 4. I test drove 2 Camry's and Rav 4. I went home to think about what I wanted. I fou Nick was awesome! I found a used Camry that I wanted to look at and he made sure it was available for me the following morning. I wanted certain features that were not standard on the vehicle and asked Nick if he had a vehicle with everything I wanted and he found the perfect one for me! I ended up leasing 2018 Camry. Very easy transaction, no pressure and he was very knowledgeable about the product. The finance department was great as well. I have brought my car in for 1 service and had excellent results there! I put in a request for a Toyota Highlander and Trey contacted me within minutes asking what I was looking for. I told him what I wanted within a vehicle and he sent me links to a car within 30 minutes. EASY AS THAT! Fantastic! I visited another local Toyota dealership that's right next to where I live but ended up buying at Longo because of Nick. I spent 5 hours at the other I visited another local Toyota dealership that's right next to where I live but ended up buying at Longo because of Nick. I spent 5 hours at the other dealership and felt like something was off so I drove to Longo and Nick helped me get the exact truck I was looking for without pressuring me! He seemed to actually care about what I was looking for and told me about their culture at the dealership. Their sales staff doesn't get commission which is a huge relief and their price was posted on the truck without negotiating. The price posted on the truck was lower than the one I haggled for in Mckinney and it took no effort! Highly recommending Nick and Longo to everyone I know because of the experience. More
