They don't haggle, I mean not even $100, but generally they are priced fairly and, combined with their superb service, come out as a top choice for buying a car. In particular, Amanda Hunter, my sales rep, made the experience exceptional. She is a complete pro and combines her knowledge with a warm and friendly manner that makes it a pleasure to do business at Longo. The process itself deserves a comment. Longo have their systems for paperwork and financing down to a science that expedites the process and really make it easy to transact. I give Longo in general, and Amanda Hunter in particular, top marks and fully recommend them for new or used cars and service. More

purchased a 2018 Toyota Tundra We came trying to get a Highlander, but the salesman and manager were upfront and honest about us not being able to afford that. But Found a vehicle that we might have liked and crunched numbers and did the best they could to get us where we needed to be. And they did. Best car buying experience ever My 4Runner gave up the ghost this weekend and rather than spend a year wondering what else would go wrong, the conclusion was to purchase a new Toyota My 4Runner gave up the ghost this weekend and rather than spend a year wondering what else would go wrong, the conclusion was to purchase a new Toyota. 4Runners are now a much more expensive commodity than when I bought mine in 2002. But since I haven't really had a day of trouble with the vehicle I felt another Toyota was in order. I got off work late on Saturday night but a call to the dealership let us know that David would be there to meet us. When we arrived we were met at the door and advised that David was expecting us. The dealership was immaculate and open. David met us and sat us at his desk and proceeded to show us the vehicles we were looking for in our price range. He went over the Rav4 features and told us he had what we were looking for and we'd take it for a test drive. He brought the car around and had us walk around the vehicle while explained some of the features and answered questions. Then we were off for a short drive. It was a unique experience driving the car at night in an unfamiliar area, but I got a good feel for how the Rav4 would handle; how the brakes would work; use of the lights; bluetooth connection and some of the safety features that came with it. We were pretty much sold on it so when we got back to the dealership after the test drive, we began the financing process, credit check, etc. Remember, we came to the dealership around 8:00 pm and they close at 9:00 and this was the end of the work week for the staff still on duty. Through the entire process, David was friendly, informative and attentive. There was never, at any time, an attempt to sell us something we didn't need. There were suggestions and recommendations and explanations behind anything that was offered but NO PRESSURE to buy anything, ever. It was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have EVER had. I would also say the finance person, Kyle and Shawn who did our credit check and final paperwork were friendly, open and pleasant. We were Kyle's last clients and the man had been run ragged. Nonetheless, he was attentive and friendly. We walked out a little after 12:00 on Sunday morning having purchased a new vehicle. I am impressed with the service of the sales and finance staff as well as what is offered through the dealership both as standard and the add-ons that are offered. The dealership is very clean and has a tremendous amount of amenities for those clients who find themselves having to wait out a repair or oil change. I won't fail to mention that the following Monday, David delivered my new car to my home and did not leave until we had done the voice recognition set-up and I had done a walk through on the car and was satisfied. An all-around fantastic buying experience. The best part is that after the sale there is still services offered. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. More
