We live in Dallas so there are at least 3 dealerships closer to us but we drove to Prosper anyway. And it was definitely worth the drive. David Maldonado was the product specialist who we were told was the man to see. Made my appointment over the phone with him and gave him details of what we wanted and what our budget was. Arrived to our appt and David was all smiles. He greeted us both my name and restated our wishes. He explained the details of how his dealership works and even introduced us to someone who was from our hometown in CA. I couldn't believe how much attention to detail was in David's every move. No hassle, no stress, no pressure. He over-delivered. Our expectation of what our budget was going to allow was blown away by the truck that David showed us. He did his magic behind the scenes and brought the biggest smile to my husband's face. Its been almost a week and he is still smiling. David even called us a few days later to thank us for trusting him and he reassured us that he will always be there for us. More

You have to have an idea of what kind of car you want, what you want in a car, color, make, where to purchase it from, safety ratings, etc etc. A lot of the times when you do need a new car you have time to research everything, become knowledgeable, and feel confident in your choice. But then there are those times when you don't have that option. Imagine your car breaks down on Friday and you have to go back to work on Monday. That short time span can leave you feeling pressured to pick something right but more importantly something quick. This situation in fact is what happened to us recently. We needed a new car ASAP and stopped by Longo Toyota of Prosper on a whim. Thank God we did though! If you're worried about the daunting task that buying a new vehicle is on your life PLEASE stop by here. Micheal Quijano helped answer any questions we had, was completely accommodating on everything, and made sure that at the end of the day we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. The dealership talks about how they are customer focused and are there to give you the right experience. Many businesses say this but i can honestly say that Michael and the Longo Toyota team actually follow through with this. We are happy with the whole experience and the fact they still keep treating you like a VIP even when you drive off the lot. We did our research, and encountered all kinds of dealers, everything from the super pushy stereotype to people who just didn't care. Longo Toyota, and more specifically our salesman Michael Quijano, gave us a perfect experience from the moment we stepped in the door. No one else even came close! The new facility itself is spacious, classy, and comfortable. We had looked at so many cars, but we really didn't know what we wanted. We were thinking preowned and had a Mazda we'd found online in mind, and Michael made sure we got all the details on it, as well as showing us some other used cars not yet listed online. But he also showed us an amazing deal on the 2018 Corolla, which was exactly the type of car we wanted, but we'd assumed was out of our price range. I really appreciated that Michael took more than two hours with us on our initial visit, talking through all our concerns. He actually helped us figure out what we wanted, but he wasn't pushing us towards one particular option. He asked a lot of open ended questions that put this huge decision into perspective for us. We came back the next day leaning towards a new car, but still unsure. Again, we had all our questions answered thoroughly, and talking to Michael helped us feel confident enough to make a decision. We decided to sign for the new Corolla. We had arranged financing through USAA, and while a finance guy did ask us politely if he could give us a lower rate and change our minds, he didn't push the issue when my husband said no. We were offered a lot of dealer packages which we also declined, but are still considering because we can add them up to 30 days after purchase. It was great not to be give the hard sell "now or never" pitch. In short, we kept waiting for all those dealer tricks and games to come out at the last minute...but they never did. We walked out the door at exactly the figure we discussed on our initial visit, with all dealer fees disclosed up front, and never feeling pushed or taken advantage of. If you're shopping around, I highly recommended Longo Toyota. And if you want a patient, knowledgeable, kind salesman I'd ask for Michael! More

After 40 years of painful car buying, walked into to Longo Toyota to look at a 4 Runner and Andrea Carrington met my wife and I at the door. Wow! Wow!. First time in my life there was nothing hidden. No haggling. No pressure to buy additional items not wanted. Price on the internet was the price at the dealership. Andrea handle us from start to finish - listened to what we wanted, delivered exactly what we wanted. One person start to finish - no sales manager, no finance manager, no waiting, no changes throughout the process. This is the way car buying should have always been. 3 hours from walking in to driving out in a new car including test drive, trade, finance and delivery. So impressed, brought family back 3 days later and bought 2 more cars. If you are still reading this looking for a new car - put the computer or phone down and drive to Longo Toyota. Ask for Andrea!
