I was in the market for an SUV and ultimately decided to go another direction based on some specific needs we had that another automaker could better fulfill. That said, my sales associate, Edwin Tillman and manager James Brown (no, not that one) could not have been more helpful. They were courteous, pleasant, patient and professional. I was followed up with multiple times and they worked very hard to earn my business. They were consultative and competed for my business, but they were never pushy or argumentative. They genuinely helped me make the best decision for my family even though that meant a vehicle from another place. I will promise you this though, when I am in the market for another vehicle, I will absolutely give them a call to discuss our needs. And that's despite the fact that I'm a Patriots fan and James roots for the Jets... More

3 strikes I've been excited about this dealership opening here in this area however my experience has been disappointing. First I brought my prius in for a tune I've been excited about this dealership opening here in this area however my experience has been disappointing. First I brought my prius in for a tune up and a change of the engine serpentine belt. They did the tune up but no one explained to me why the belt was not changed. 2nd I bought a part for my car at the parts department thinking they would treat me fairly. I paid $80 for the same part that sold for $25 at other retailers. 3rd I called recently, over an hour ago about the engine serpentine belt maintenance. The service advisor could not answer when it should be changed or if it even has one. I therefore called a real trustworthy auto shop in Lewisville and the service advisor was able to tell me on the spot that my 2012 Prius is a generation 3 and does not have a serpentine belt that ever needs changing. I'm still on hold waiting for the dealership to answer my question or call me back. "Strike 3" In short, I do not recommend this dealership for anything other than the free regular maintenance that comes from the manufacturer. Please hire people with a better product knowledge, a passion for customer service, and stop ripping people off with yours process on parts and service. Thank you. More

Great Experience Decided to go for a test drive and by the end of the day I was driving home in a brand new truck. The whole process was painless and easy. They were very knowledgeable, open, personable, honest, helpful, and courteous in their discussions with us. We had a trade-in and Harvey offered to deliver the new car to our house and drive our trade-in Sequoia back to the dealership. It took me 10 months to actual purchase the truck because I wanted to be sure, but during that waiting period Harvey never pressered me into speeding up the process to purchase. It was on my time. I am very pleased with my purchase & if I could rate this experience it would be a 10+. His level of service went above & over the selling of the vehicle. After my purchase he continued to answer any @ all my question regarding accessories for my truck. More
