I spent weeks deciding on what I wanted and ultimately decided I would look for a car similar to the one I lost in the car accident, a newer model Camry SE. I came to Longo because of their certified pre-owned program and their tremendous selection of pre-owned vehicles. My sales agent, David Reyes, was absolutely fantastic! He made the whole process, from getting preapproved to signing the contract, completely painless. He was very knowledgeable and offered really great advice that helped me with my final decision. I never felt pressured to jump into something that I would be uncomfortable with. He worked with me for about a week before I ever came into the lot. Once I was there, he spent two days describing all of the various features of the different models that I was considering, pointing out what features would give me more bang for my dollar, what safety features differentiated the differed model years, etc. I could tell that David loves what he does and takes pride in making sure he’s done right by his customer.
