Michael Kim's communication is clear, makes himself available to answer questions, always called me back in a timely manner, let me know via text that he'll call me back. He's not an aggressive nor pus available to answer questions, always called me back in a timely manner, let me know via text that he'll call me back. He's not an aggressive nor pushy dealer to make a sale, hence I felt no pressure. He was honest & upfront about what I might expect from ordering a car. I gave a 4 star rating to Longo Toyota only because the traffic getting there can take up to 2 hrs to get to.
