Very satisfactory service and courtesy from George Kantanto. I was directed to George Kantanto by Ali Adnan in FInanace dpt at Longo Toyota . He is very accommodating , helpful and trying his best to satisfy the buyers while making all his efforts to make the deal for the dealership. Me and my husband had to spend about 5 hrs to complete the process but it is worth. It seems he enjoys his work. After I bought my NX300 and the satisfactory service I got , I recommended my son in law to get his RX 350 from Longo itself . Within a month I went with my daughter and son in law again to Longo Lexus and worked on the deal . It took us 8 hrs to finalized the negotiations and finalized the process. We started at 4 pm finished at 12 midnight. However, George was so nice even to provide us with some of his own snacks ( Longo cafeteria was closed early ) which he brings for himself from home. He waited , explained the operation , until we drive off the vehicle at 12 midnight. He is a good sales person as well as a good human being. More
