Good Afternoon Liz, We would like to apologize for your disappointing experience and thankful we were able to trace down your service visit with David P. It appears we needed to inspect your vehicle (2017 NX200) due to a coolant leak and documentation shows we would be in contact with you that afternoon vs. any morning interaction. We do show (2) inbound calls coming from your number before 12 noon and would like to extend our apologize that we were not readily available for any update at this time. Because of the time of this recheck on the coolant, a loan vehicle was offered so you could have transportation. In closing, we appreciate you allowing us this opportunity to review, research and respond and your feedback has been noted
