I really appreciate how he works with me to make sure that I have the option to complete the repairs that are truly necessary at the time and how he explains any other repairs that will be needed down the road and then lets me decide if I want to have the repairs that can be done later completed at the time it was discovered or wait for a later time. Issues with recall, blown fuse 2nd time Was told it would take an hour to get it fixed of coarse it took 2 hours. When asked what was going on. I wasn't the happiest person. Larry said what would you like me do fix it or not. Wasn't pleased with his customer service. Being frustrated and him not being understanding was not a great blend. I left very upset. I just never have been a fan of this place and needing them to fix my car under warranty. And on top of that wanted me to pay for the fuses when we've had this issue before bc of a recall. Just wasn't pleased with the service. More
