Above and beyond service received from Darren Barnhart and his staff. Will be recommended highly! After taking my daughter's car to another Ford dealership, it came out in worse shape than when we left it and his staff. Will be recommended highly! After taking my daughter's car to another Ford dealership, it came out in worse shape than when we left it each time. When she literally broke down in Long McArthur dealership, they went out of their way to research the problem and fix the car. Not just due an incomplete and quick repair like the Oklahoma dealership. They not only fixed the car, but replaced parts that were damaged by the other dealership. My faith in ford has been renewed due to Darren B. We will be back! More
I purchased a new F250 king ranch. The tires were immediately bouncy. Took it back to them and they said the tires wouldn't balance. I made another 100 mile round trip to have new tire The tires were immediately bouncy. Took it back to them and they said the tires wouldn't balance. I made another 100 mile round trip to have new tires put on. They only did 2, when they said they wood be doing 4. Said the 2 were out of round from the factory. Still having trouble to this day. Shaking and cupping. They won't do anything. I've bought several new vehicles from them, but no more. $75000 truck and they can't get the tires right??? More

I asked Brian's paint shop to finished up some repairs on my truck F150 which included getting the seatbelt light indicator to turn off. Brians Paint shop schedule the appointment with Ford service departme my truck F150 which included getting the seatbelt light indicator to turn off. Brians Paint shop schedule the appointment with Ford service department on 8/15/2022 at 10:15 am After 3 days the service department called me and said that they needed to order a part that was back ordered and not sure when it would be in. I told the service tech to call Brian's Paint shop to pick up the truck. They never called Brian and I only know this as I called Brian's Paint shop today 8/26/2022 and they said they did not have it. Very disappointed that it took them 3 days to figure out that they had to order a part and never called Brian's Paint shop to have the truck picked up. Dan Helm More

So the reason my wife leases Lincoln’s is for the “Lincoln” experience. Here is our last experience. On Monday I had our Lincoln’s oil changed. First thing we drive from Abilene which is no biggie. T “Lincoln” experience. Here is our last experience. On Monday I had our Lincoln’s oil changed. First thing we drive from Abilene which is no biggie. There was NO Lincoln concierge, and when I ask where the Lincoln lounge was JD told me there was t one any longer. So my Lincoln experience was getting to sit in the waiting area for 2 1/2 hours while my Lincoln was serviced and washed. I might sound like a jerk but if your gonna advertise something then stand behind it. My wife and I have spent over 300,000.00 bucks at Long Mac over the past few years and normally we have good luck but as of lately I feel like things are headed down hill. I’m just stating facts here. Just curious why things seem to be slipping. I would definitely appreciate someone from the dealership getting back with me but that probably will not happen. More
Customer service is somewhat to be desired. 3 weeks ago I was told a part for my vehicle would be ordered and would come in in the next couple of days. 3wks later and no update I call and it came in yesterda was told a part for my vehicle would be ordered and would come in in the next couple of days. 3wks later and no update I call and it came in yesterday. I have to have it scheduled with a recall that has been highlighted which will take 3-4hrs in the body shop. My time at the deanship (an hour away from home) is looking at 4-5 hrs, not including staff lunch breaks!!!! When I asked if there was a possibility of having a courtesy car, as my husband is deployed and I have elementary school-age children to get to and from school the response was "well the whole country is having a problem and we just can't guarantee a car for you"! So I guess because of a Ford recall I have to wait in a dealership for over 5hrs! Makes no sense whatsoever. Thanks for not helping a military spouse out! I will take my business elsewhere once the work has been conducted. NOT MILITARY-FRIENDLY. More
