I was in contact with her very often throughout the 6 months or better and she didn't make myself feel like a burden to her during this process! I was originally sent to Long MacArthur from a great friend of mine who also had excellent help from the dealership. This friend has send other family members and friends to this dealership and all have left happy and with what ever vehicle suited their needs! Excellent buying experience! Amy, the sales consultant met me on the lot and asked how she could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she offered to let me test drive a Amy, the sales consultant met me on the lot and asked how she could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she offered to let me test drive a truck that fit my criteria. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer most of my questions. On one or two items she had to research the information and gave me what I needed to know. She did an excellent job and was not pushy at all. When I asked for a selling price she went to see her manager and came back with a very competitive offer. I felt they were being very fair and doing their best right out of the gate. This is the way I like to be treated and I would highly recommend Amy and this dealership to others who are looking for a vehicle. More
