I bought a used 2021 Titan Xd in January. The saleman was excellent and they worked with my trade in and the price of the Titan to where I felt comfortable and that I got a square deal. Had an issue with the tires being the wrong rating for the truck and discovered it 6 months after I bought it. Long McArthur went above and beyond what I had hoped for. I didn't know when I would be able to get this handled since they are over 100 miles away. They came out and picked my truck up and dropped off a loaner then changed out the tires to what is specified for the truck. Brought the truck back that evening and was taken care of. They kept in touch through the process. I couldn't ask for a better solution. All my business from here on out will go through Long McArthur due to being treated like an individual and actually caring about their customers which I have never experienced in my life.
