Rick Rein was one of the most professional saleman i've every dealt with. He was respectful and provided space while my browsing of vehicles occured. If this salesman didn't know an answer to a question i every dealt with. He was respectful and provided space while my browsing of vehicles occured. We were searching for a used car. We went to this dealer, and looked many different times with no one ever coming out to help us. We finally decided we were interested in a couple of cars and went i dealer, and looked many different times with no one ever coming out to help us. We finally decided we were interested in a couple of cars and went inside to talk to someone. We met someone at the door; at the time he did say his first name. I can't remember. He had us sit at a table and said he would be right over to help us. We sat there for 20 to 30 minutes. We finally decided it was not worth doing business with this company since no one ever came to talk to us to see if we had been helped. More

Worst experience ever. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Not only did the salesman lie to us about the availability of what we were looking for; we have gotten the run around for sever dealership to anyone. Not only did the salesman lie to us about the availability of what we were looking for; we have gotten the run around for several weeks regarding the documents needed to title the vehicle. It also took us 3 visits to get the vehicle to the condition it was need. We went home the first night without the truck. Called ahead to pick up the truck the next day and once we got there it took an hour before they gave us the truck and the it wasn't even done so we had to come back again for them to finish. More
Visited the dealership on a cold rainy Saturday. Met Chris Spall at the front desk, I was interested in two new vehicles I saw on the Internet. He gathered some keys and walked to the far end of the lot, in the rain to met me at the truck. My family took turns entering and leaving the vehicle from my vehicle to this new one I was interested in. I love to get my family involved when buying any vehicle and Chris did a great job of handling all my questions and those of my family. We were in and out within 30 minutes, Chris was to follow up with a bottom line sale price. He did and the wheeling and dealing commenced. On the following Monday, after numerous calls of dealing for the best price. I was on the road from Manhattan KS, signed all the documents, visited all the folks responsible for their part in the sales experience and I was on my way home with a new vehicle. Chris helped every step of the way, knew what he was talking about, and really made my shopping experience there so good... I will return here first if I ever need another vehicle, used or new. The follow ups are always important, and this dealership knows how to treat customers. Afterall, when was the last time you got some cookies in a tin delivered from a car dealership delivered to your doorstep? The dealership is neat, clean and organized and everyone was having a great time...super place to shop or just visit, to see what may be there. More
I have taken my 2009 Ford Edge to Long McArthur's dealership since I bought it new for all routine service. I live in Concordia so it does take some planning since I save up other errands to run as w dealership since I bought it new for all routine service. The first couple of times I was very impressed with the service, the turn around time, and happily suprised that my car was give back to me washed. In April, when my car was serviced, I admit I was disappointed that my car wasn't washed like it had been on all the previous appointments. Last Friday, July 29th, I had an appt. at 3:00 to have my Edge serviced and the tires rotated. I brought in my coupon for "The Works" and gave it to Alex. I took a seat and waited what I thought would be less than an hour. After an hour and fifteen minutes I got up and waited next to the service desk where Alex works. I was ignored. After one hour and thirty minutes I walked up to Alex and explained that I was on a schedule and was quickly running out of time. He told me it would just be a few more minutes. Fifteen minutes later my car came out of the shop. My compensation for over an hour and forty-five minutes of my time was a $7 discount. I was not even given the courtesy of knowing why my service took so long. Oh, and again, my car was not washed. I happened to see the one page ad in the Salina Journal Sunday advertising "The Works" and a car wash with every service. Really? That was not the case with me. I have three months to decide what dealership will be servicing my car. I'm not sure it will be Long McArthur. Kari More
