This was our 2nd trip to Long McArthur after the pleasant experience we had 6 years ago when purchasing a vehicle. We received the same quality service and experience we received last time. Dealership was clean and friendly. I had dealt with Michael before and knew he would treat me right. They beat the big Wichita dealers on the price they offered on both of my trades and found the truck Michael before and knew he would treat me right. We have delt with Long McArthur for several years with purchases, leases and Long McArthur employees buying pork products from us while we were in the hog/processed pork business. We had recently visited a different dealership before visiting Long McArthur and I may say it was a horrible experience, which led us to believe that our truck buying experience would be a pain! I calle visiting Long McArthur and I may say it was a horrible experience, which led us to believe that our truck buying experience would be a pain! I called Diane and she immediately gave us the information we needed and even set us up to visit with Chris. As soon as we walked into the dealership we were greated by everyone that walked by us, which made us feel very welcomed. As we met with Chris we told him what we were looking for and he immediately met our needs and wants, and got us test driving a truck withing 30 minutes. After test driving the vehicle we knew instantly this is what we want, as they were finishing up the paperwork Chris told us to go out to eat on them while they finished the paperwork and we would come back and sign. This meant a lot to us because we did have our 2 children with us who at the time thought they were starving! Overall this experience was amazing and Chris and Diane made buying a truck painless and for some odd reason FUN. HAHA...they are AWESOME!!!! More
