I have been using this Dealership for a little over 10 years now. I love how meticulous they are on the inspection of my vehicles when they are serviced. I started using Dan Penner as a service advisor first and got to know him. A few years ago he moved to sales and He is always there to help me find the car I need new or used. Bill worked closely with us, listening to what we wanted and searching the inventory thoroughly to locate vehicles within the parameters we gave him. We purchased a new 2012 F350 DRW King Ranch. I cannot say enough about how David handled us as customers. He is the greatest and in our thinking a true asset to Long McArthur Ford. Every time we had a question he answered it and if he didn't know the answer he would find out and always contact us. I recently had my own business and I know how important true customer service is. It is VERY hard to find these days. David has that part totally under control at Long McArthur Ford. I would give him a 5+in all areas.
