Every time we had a question he answered it and if he didn't know the answer he would find out and always contact us. I recently had my own business and I know how important true customer service is. It is VERY hard to find these days. David has that part totally under control at Long McArthur Ford. I would give him a 5+in all areas. Dan listened to what our needs were and what budget we had to work with then gave us options of what would be available to us.
