Rod, only working at dealership did a great job trying to help me find the truck that I was looking for. Rod's knowledge base on Super Duty trucks was not his best area of expertise, but he constantly seeki help me find the truck that I was looking for. On the day of negotiations for a trade in vs a used truck - his mentors where trying to help, but they where not providing the correct info to Rod. This in turn was a great learning process for Rod, but a prolonged ordeal for my time spent. Overall Rod did a great job, lets hope the bubbles in the tinted windows go away - as he was once again informed that they would by the auto body shop. I will keep it touch - for if the bubbles do not come out Rod said he would correct / pay to have it corrected. Thank you! More
