Had an 0845 oil change appointment on 2-8-25 for my Lincoln MKX. Waited until 1130 before I went up to the service desk to check the status. Vehicle has been finished awhile but service desk did not se Lincoln MKX. Waited until 1130 before I went up to the service desk to check the status. Vehicle has been finished awhile but service desk did not see paperwork and key dropped off. I was the only one in the service area for a long time as business was very very slow. Very disappointed. Service desk took $40 off service. Probably will not come back in the future. More

Made my F150 purchase in February 2024. . Got my extended warranty too. Ya know, Ford dealership supposedly covers diagnostics, labor parts per contract stipulations. Don't bet on it here . Service advisor told me they would charge me labor to figure it out.. i don't know, like, drive it around for a while? My gas, no problem! But really? That was your answer? Charge me labor for your time and inconveniencing you?. Like my warranty didn't exist. Offered minimal support for diagnostic services, placed it all back on my plate. Very obstinate, rude, hostile. Amazing level of insulting behavior. You listening Ford? Then told me I had to figure out the problem, and report back to them..... Old man Fords' philosophy still reigns supreme: "The customer can always choose the color of their car... as long as it's black!!!" Stay away... far away. More

Had a great experience at the dealership over all, the salesman I had (Tyler Chilson) was second to none. Ben, however, isn’t the guy you want handling your finances. Ben was impatient, hard to reach, nearly impossible to get on the phone, flat affect, vague and over all not motivate to sale. I had to relay messages to him through my sales man to even get answers. This was not due to any extreme negotiation on my part I did not haggle much and was interested in the deal I got for the truck from the beginning. I’d give Ben a 1/2 star if I good. If you do buy a Ford from these guys ask for a different finance manager. More

Lonnie Smith was outstanding and professional! I had been looking for the right pickup for me for months and had had some bad experiences at other big dealers. I was skeptical when I walked in tha I had been looking for the right pickup for me for months and had had some bad experiences at other big dealers. I was skeptical when I walked in that this would just be another one of those deals with hidden fees and a dealer not wanting to work with me on the price of the truck. I was wrong about this one! Lonnie was honest from the first time he talked to me ( 3 weeks ago) until I was finally able to make the 3 hour trip to look at, and ultimately buy the truck I had been looking at. I'm very picky about what I want and he never pushed it on me, he just let me drive it, look it over, and decide on my own. This was one of the best experiences I've had buying a vehicle.Lonnie is top notch! More
