I traded my lease d F-150 in and got something that was a little cheaper ongas thought I loved my truck. If it hadn;t been for knowledgeable staff of Mr Tang and Mr Wingo headed up by Mr. Chris doing all the locating and getting me financed I wouldn,t have gottenit done. Special thanks to Mr. Skinner for doing all the leg work. I will surely be going back. Great people and great dealership. More
Upon speaking with a salesperson on Oct 7 2021 suggested to bring our 2019 Explorer for issues with Sirius Radio. Once arriving from Bham and speaking with service writer Payton Arkuszeski who never ran an to bring our 2019 Explorer for issues with Sirius Radio. Once arriving from Bham and speaking with service writer Payton Arkuszeski who never ran any diagnostics for the problem. Each suggestion render on our behalf to help to solve and diagnose the problem was done. But this service writer Payton A. Came to us with questions about signal loss in certain areas which we explained to her. We received NO PROFESSIONAL answer only EXCUSES and no SOLUTION. After speaking with service manager Sam Laster he gave a choice to take this vehicle to Birmingham because of the this might take some time to resolve the issue, once again no SOLUTION but SUGGESTION in which we obliged to return to Birmingham. We asked for Sam L. to fax or text all comments to be sent to the Hoover Ford dealership but that goes to say this never happened. Also upon speaking with Service Writer payton A. when we first arrived ask for email for a survey about the service received it's strange we HAVEN'T received this as of today. I'm sure they dont want to hear our review. Never ever will we return to LL River Region. More
I have purchased several vehicles through Long-Lewis of the River Region and have always left extremely happy. The entire staff from sales, finance, service, and even reception go out of their way to be co the River Region and have always left extremely happy. I made an appointment several weeks ahead (that is all they could offer) for what should have been a quick diagnostic test to at least give me an idea of what was wrong. They should have 1) not given me an appointment in the first place or 2) told me the morning of they were overloaded and turned me away. This has happened to me here before. If you like being made a fool of, I recommend going there. If not, drive somewhere else. Complete disregard for the customers time. More

I bought my wife a new Ford Edge in 2017. Within the first few months the engine had to be replaced due to defective parts within the motor. It took weeks to get a new engine. Later the brakes go out wh first few months the engine had to be replaced due to defective parts within the motor. It took weeks to get a new engine. Later the brakes go out while traveling down the interstate at 70 mph. It seems Ford didn't have replacement parts designed and reinstalled the same defective brake couplings. Now the brakes have gone out again and I am waiting on a wrecker to come tow the car, I've bought my last FORD. More
Never do business with this dealership. The sales person Morgan Williams and the used car buyer Mark lied to us on multiple occasions.
