The purchase of a new vehicle is often an unpleasant experience....not at Long-Lewis. Service, sales, and management work seamlessly together. We purchased a vehicle that is new technology (VW ID.4 elec experience....not at Long-Lewis. Service, sales, and management work seamlessly together. We purchased a vehicle that is new technology (VW ID.4 electric), and there were many questions to be answered. Even though Jeff didn't have all the answers, he was forthcoming about what he knew and promptly found information about those he didn't. We purchased a F-150 from Long-Lewis Muscle Shoals last year and that transaction was similar. Your staff from bottom to top seem to want to be friendly and helpful. Kudos to the entire team. More
