Honestly the best car buying experience I have had. Normally I don't do reviews of products or services. I expect when I buy something it to be as advertised. But I have bought many cars over the years and the experience is never great. I really didn't expect much different from Long Lewis than my other experiences. But from the time I started looking at cars to the point in which I bought one was as smooth and stress free as you can make it. That is completely different any other time I have bought a vehicle. The staff and salesman were very helpful and not pushy at all. If my experience was half as good as it was, I would still recommend this dealership. When they didn't have a blue truck they found one in Arkan Neil and all the folks at Long Lewis Muscle Shoals went out of their way to accommodate me. I was able to find a car I liked with reasonable payments, and never once felt like I had to buy anything. It was all set up for me to look and find what I needed. Since then I managed to run over something and flatten a tire, but they patched it right up with no charge as soon as I brought it in. Definitely a friendly group, and greatly recommend them. More
