Long Hyundai went the extra mile for me I hadn't bought a new car in more than 11 years, so I wasn't sure what to expect from today's dealers. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the expe I hadn't bought a new car in more than 11 years, so I wasn't sure what to expect from today's dealers. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience I had at Long Hyundai. They were very accommodating, and were willing to do practically anything I needed in order to get my business. All the staff I dealt with were not only very friendly, but eager to help me with any concern or thought that I had. I was shopping for a new car because my vehicle had broken down, and I was without transportation. After my initial visit, the Sales Manager, Mike Nichols, offered to lend me a car I was interested in to test drive overnight. And, I was able to come in on a Sunday afternoon to get the car...when the dealership is normally closed! From that Sunday night, until I actually bought my new Santa Fe Sport the following Thursday evening, they let me borrow a Santa Fe every night! Now, I was trying to decide between a couple of different trim levels with the Santa Fe and so they let me borrow different cars over a 5 day period. This probably saved me $150 in rental car fees! I was able to go to work and back and keep the car as I needed to. Other dealers just would not do this....I know because I asked. Furthermore, the way Long Hyundai does business is just different. They seem to have a very open and up front system. The managers work right out in the open when developing the sales price of your vehicle. I was actually able to engage directly with both Mike, and Sales Manager Randy Francisco, on the sales price and monthly payment I needed to receive. And from my perspective, they really did work with me on price, coming down a significant amount from MSRP. I know that I got a fair deal based upon KBB and True Car pricing... and really even better than that!! This dealership made sure I got the vehicle I wanted, even though they didn't have it on the lot. They brought in my car from out-of-town to get the color and options I wanted and did not charge me for doing so. I actually feel like I got my car with even more bells and whistles than was actually promised, so again, I feel like I got an outstanding value for my money. Another example of Long going the extra mile for me, is that they had my broken-down vehicle towed from another dealer (at no cost) who I was going to sell the car to. However, Long offered to match their price on a trade-in, and by doing this, they saved me a little more money on taxes with the overall deal, as opposed to me putting down more cash. I would also like to mention, Ardis Toney, who is a great Product Specialist. He took the time to go over the vehicle with me in great detail and answered any and all questions I had. He was very friendly and really took care of me. I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering a new car or a Hyundai (and you really should if you're not) to give Long Hyundai a try. You will save money and get more value for the money you do spend. More

Quick Easy Hassle-free This is my second time leasing with this dealership. Everyone is pleasant to work with and don't feed you the stereotypical BS other dealerships do.
