Our first stop shopping for a new vehicle this holiday season was at Long Hyundai of Chattanooga, where we initially looked at a Tucson and briefly discussed the Santa Fe. We understand dealerships are busy, but follow-up and communication matter, especially when customers are actively comparing options across brands. Unfortunately, without continued engagement, we ended up moving forward elsewhere. Overall, a neutral experience — friendly in person, but lacking follow-through afterward. More

I would not recommend this dealership for anything! I was lied to about the warranty on my vehicle and did not realize it until today when I took it in fir a scheduled service that I had been told was I was lied to about the warranty on my vehicle and did not realize it until today when I took it in fir a scheduled service that I had been told was covered under warranty, but when I got to Long Hundai service I was told how much the charge would be. This is a dishonest dealership and the Sales Manager Randy was mysteriously unavailable to be asked about it. Anytime you go in for service they always beg you to leave them a good review. Haha! They didn't this time and I told them I would be leaving a review. Long Hundai, don't bother responding. I won't be back there regardless. More
