The service department is quite competent. I like that a loaner car is available and service offers a complimentary wash and vac. On my most recent visit my car was kept overnight and I was never notified and when I called the service department between 4-5pm (using three different numbers), no one picked up. I'm so glad I didn't leave anything in the car that I'd want that night or need for work the following day. The sales dept. is very nice. My salesman was wonderful and always available and happy to answer questions after the sale. I would recommend Long Cadillac for both sales and service. More
