At Least Pretend to Care LB BMW I purchased my BMW from this location, so I've gone here for all my maintenance requirements. Most of the work done to my car has been satisfactory, b I purchased my BMW from this location, so I've gone here for all my maintenance requirements. Most of the work done to my car has been satisfactory, but my last visit was a waste of time (my time), and a showcase of extreme unprofessionalism. I had to have my airbags changed due to a recall issued last year, so I went sometime in October 2017. Days after that visit, I opened the hood and noticed the plastic/rubber gasket/seal at the top of the engine was completely cracked and securing screws were missing. I scheduled a follow up appointment (which was 1 week ago) to have their mechanics fix this since it was their work that resulted in the damage, and to reset my auto-parking brake. Long story short, my BMW service representative told me that the parking brake had been reset, but the gasket/seal was repaired with masking tape. Yes, you read that right, black masking tape (with the securing screws STILL missing). If I knew that their "expert mechanics" were going to use tape to fix damage of their OWN doing on a +70K$ car, I would have made the repair myself. I am a loyal customer and I love my BMW and the brand, BUT I will NEVER go back to this dealership. More
Bad bad bad I went in last week to purchase my car at the end of its lease. The salesperson said it was mandatory that I come in the next day for a safety inspec I went in last week to purchase my car at the end of its lease. The salesperson said it was mandatory that I come in the next day for a safety inspection. I said I didn't want one, but he said it was not a choice and must be done. I always over inflate my tires to 38.5 psi to ensure they actually check it. I came in the next day and waited. After 1 hr 20 min, I asked where my car was. There was no update. After 1 hr 40 min, I asked to skip the car wash and tank fill up so I could go home. After 2 hrs, the car was pulled around dripping wet. I had to use the microfiber cloths in my trunk to finish drying the car. There was no invoice or paperwork. My salesperson emailed it to me 2 days later, with a false completed time. It said the tires were checked and adjusted to 32 psi. Incorrect...my psi was never checked and was still over inflated to 38.5 psi. Obviously whatever they did to the car wasn't done. As far as I know, it sat for the full 2 hours that I was waiting. I found out that this so-called "Free Safety Inspection" is a way for the dealer to charge BMW North America (corporate office) $411 for the labor....all at the expense of wasting 2 hours of my time. I emailed he General Manager and he never sent any correspondence regarding my bad service or concern. Fantastic. More

Out of their way to be helpful Had routine service appt scheduled and day before tire went flat. Contacted service and they had tire in stock and were able to complete on a busy Sat Had routine service appt scheduled and day before tire went flat. Contacted service and they had tire in stock and were able to complete on a busy Saturday including the warranty claim. My service adviser Brian even helped wash my car to get it all done before they closed. Awesome experience!! More
