Fantastic service, as usual !!! I was having a problem with the catalyst not "ready". When I came in to talk to Brian I saw Randy walking up, I immediately asked him if he could be of any help with my situation, Of course as usual he pitched right in. He understood my situation and my difficulty trying to solve the problem myself. Ryan took my car for a ride explaining that he knew exactly what he would do for the correction. Zac and LB BMW are amazing. When I drove in the service department I thought I was driving my car out to the show room floor. My service guy retired and my new guy Miguel Rivas took care of me with lots I been coming here for many years. The quality of service is remarkable.
