Excellent service, all around! Customer Service at its BEST! Starting from Service Advisor Miguel Rivera. Very accommodating, compassionate, courteous, always informed me of status of my car. Miguel referred me to Customer Relations Mgr.Ms. Jazmine when there was no loaner car available (not until 5 later) and she made ways for me to get a loaner car same day I was there. Wow! That is what you call service, she was understanding of my situation when she found out. To top these all, I did not even get my car from this dealership, (just moved into the area and did not know about them). Got my car from South Bay BMW that provided me lousy service, did not inform me of the BMW Roadside assistance service when i needed it, so I had my car towed by AAA and had to pay for extra miles ($70) and never got reimbursed by South Bay BMW; had to wait long time, all the time I brought my car for service. They told me it was ready but I had to wait more than an hour still, missing my other important appointments. Will NOT recommend them to any of my friends. I will highly recommend LONG BEACH BMW for their excellent customer service. Maybe I could have gotten a better deal from them had I got my car from them. More

Got a text at end of day when car was ready, but we waited about 20 minutes once we arrived -not too big of a deal, as I visited the showroom. A perfect touch and good first impression would have been if the car was returned washed, explaining the delay -it wasn’t. More

lack of Documentaion Took vehicle for a maintenance scheduled brake fluid change and had a coupon for a wheel alignment. which included rotation of tires and wheel balance Took vehicle for a maintenance scheduled brake fluid change and had a coupon for a wheel alignment. which included rotation of tires and wheel balance for $199.99. Once complete, my documentation was absent of any verification of a wheel alignment nor mention of tire balancing performed. I then contacted dealership regarding missing wheel alignment certificate and was told paperwork was in passenger seat. At this point I informed service agent i would attempt to verify his allegation and get back to him. Without doubt, there was no evidence in passenger seat. He assured me it was there. In closing, I possess great doubt that the work they charged me was ever performed. To place important documents in a passenger seat is unprofessional and disrespectful. They made sure they handed me the bill! More
Takata Airbag recall Took 2001 BMW 325i in for the free Takata Airbag Recall and asked to have the passenger-side headlamp lightbulb replaced as that light wasn't working. Took 2001 BMW 325i in for the free Takata Airbag Recall and asked to have the passenger-side headlamp lightbulb replaced as that light wasn't working. The Service representative notified me the headlamp was shattered inside and the entire housing had to be replaced at a $1,300.00 cost because it was a Xenon, not Halogen assembly. After contacting our regular service shop and parts shop with this info, they both independently confirmed my model car had Halogen headlamps and both front headlamps could be replaced for less than the cost of the one quoted at the dealer. As for the light assembly being shattered within, both headlamps were in a state of decomposition and the right-sided one just happened to fail first from the lamp and wiring deterioration from normal use and age. Glad we waited to get second and third opinions about that repair. More
