My first visit for service and it was wonderful. I purchased my 2017 elsewhere but live closer to Long Beach BMW. Since I prefer to have my vehicles serviced at the dealer, I came to Long Beach BMW I purchased my 2017 elsewhere but live closer to Long Beach BMW. Since I prefer to have my vehicles serviced at the dealer, I came to Long Beach BMW when it was time for my first oil change. My service advisor, Scott Zamorano, was very easy to work with, explained what I needed and kept me informed while I waited. Wes Nicolay, finance manager, also helped me in answering questions about maintenance packages. He could not have been more helpful. I was very pleased with my experience with Long Beach BMW. More

Service Engine Soon light lit. After paying a large bill I pulled out on the street only to see my engine needs service light still illuminated. I went back to find out my thermostat was stuck. I took the car elsewhere to replace the thermostat. Over a week later the Service Advisor I worked with called me to tell me they installed the wrong part under a recall and wanted me to bring the car back in. I stated the car was in Arizona and could not be returned. He called the next day to advise me the part installed was OK’d by BMW. Not at all comforting! More

Excellent service New from Australia, bought an old 3 series BMW from another dealer (not BMW). Found the vehicle had two outstanding Airbag recalls and within a week a New from Australia, bought an old 3 series BMW from another dealer (not BMW). Found the vehicle had two outstanding Airbag recalls and within a week a service warning light. Being new to the US and expecting the worst I was blown away by the service provided by Scott and the service team at Long Beach BMW. Nothing was too much trouble, the service was remarkable inexpensive and the Airbags were replaced quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend LB BMW and will get all my servicing done there as they offer a reliable friendly service. More

Miguel referred me to Customer Relations Mgr.Ms. Jazmine when there was no loaner car available (not until 5 later) and she made ways for me to get a loaner car same day I was there. Wow! That is what you call service, she was understanding of my situation when she found out. To top these all, I did not even get my car from this dealership, (just moved into the area and did not know about them). Got my car from South Bay BMW that provided me lousy service, did not inform me of the BMW Roadside assistance service when i needed it, so I had my car towed by AAA and had to pay for extra miles ($70) and never got reimbursed by South Bay BMW; had to wait long time, all the time I brought my car for service. They told me it was ready but I had to wait more than an hour still, missing my other important appointments. Will NOT recommend them to any of my friends. I will highly recommend LONG BEACH BMW for their excellent customer service. Maybe I could have gotten a better deal from them had I got my car from them. More
