He is a superb person to discuss just about anything car related or otherwise. He presents an excellent representation of what a BMW S/A should be. The service center is very organized. The appointments are on time and the representatives are very efficient. While you wait, there's all kinds of treats and refreshments, including wifi access and a lounge area. There's always time to check out new cars too! Angel was my service rep and he was extremely helpful, printed out the paperwork very quickly and took care of me right away! I love how clean, efficient and pleasant the service center is! Glad I got a BMW service package too because this service was included, so my bill was $0. I prefer the service to be included in payments thab a larger sum at once. Highly recommend that! More

I had my baby sleeping in the car at the time and he was extremely helpful in making my experience as easy as possible.
