Thank you I showed up without appointment and was well taken care of by Scott. the lady at the Loaner car desk was helpful with locating my insurance card onli I showed up without appointment and was well taken care of by Scott. the lady at the Loaner car desk was helpful with locating my insurance card online. Dropped off the care on Thursday evening and I did not hear anything from Scott until Friday evening. I had to call to find out if it was ready. 'Fault code for radiation flaps' was found this time. Not sure why it was not discovered with the first two services. I understand car is washed after the service? If washed, it was done poorly. Overall my experience was pleasant this time. I almost never get my car serviced at the dealer because I’ve learned over the years they are often pricey and not dependable in several ways. Recently my other auto service business gave me such a large qu I’ve learned over the years they are often pricey and not dependable in several ways. Recently my other auto service business gave me such a large quote on needed repairs that I decided to get a second opinion from the dealer (mini in Signal Hill). They were less expensive overall AND noted one expensive item wasn’t needed at all.. Great experience and I will go back!! More
