Excellent service! I have an older Mini Cooper that needed service. James Saunders was my service advisor. Unfortunately, before I was due to pick the car up, it acted up again. James and the service team at Long Beach BMW/Mini were so professional. They gave me a loaner care while they addressed my very strange situation. James kept me informed since the issue took some time to diagnose. I am very pleased with the effort they took to fix the problem. Due to their excellent service and integrity they kept the Mini until they were certain the problem was fixed. I am happy to say, it is running beautifully. They did a lot of work that was completely covered by their service warranty. I would definitely recommend their service department. More

Although the prices are not low as compared to other service centers I trust and feel that the work being performed is quality and you will stand behind it. Although I wasn't able to get a loaner when I service centers I trust and feel that the work being performed is quality and you will stand behind it. Although I wasn't able to get a loaner when I first had my car towed in when I got a little pushy I got one and wouldn't have known what it to do otherwise. I asked for Brian Wolverton in service because he has always understood and treated me outstandingly and gotten what I needed done with good advice, conscientious, courteous effort and followup. Because of him I feel that your company is the best place to go. More

Dropped off the care on Thursday evening and I did not hear anything from Scott until Friday evening. I had to call to find out if it was ready. 'Fault code for radiation flaps' was found this time. Not sure why it was not discovered with the first two services. I understand car is washed after the service? If washed, it was done poorly. Overall my experience was pleasant this time.
