Worst Experience Ever Attempts to fix one repair only Worst Experience Ever Attempts to fix one repair only to have other things go wrong in the process for which I am now responsible! I've "heard" of Worst Experience Ever Attempts to fix one repair only to have other things go wrong in the process for which I am now responsible! I've "heard" of their poor service reputation, but stupidly elected to have my car serviced there due to its location. Please be well advised to go elsewhere. More
Bought a used car from a man named Art. Salesman made a BIG deal about how they had inspected the car, and all it needed was some work to the front passenger side outside CV joint and tie rod end. Art said BIG deal about how they had inspected the car, and all it needed was some work to the front passenger side outside CV joint and tie rod end. Art said "nobody else shows you this information, but WE are upfront about what the car needs". Called our mechanic and was told it was about $600-$800 worth of work. We bought the car for $4300. When we finally got it to the machanic, it turned out there was a laundry list of things wrong with the car and the repair bill was closer to $2800. When I pointed this out to the sales manager, his response was "bring it to our Honda dealer in Carson and we can fix it for $2300. Are you kidding me? Buyer beware I understand, but what a joke. This car (with over 100,000 miles on it) that had an original list price of $14,995 is going to wind up costing me over $7,000.00. Avoid these people. If you aren't there to buy a $50k BMW, they turn in to jerks FAST. More
Rude man, made me wait 45 minutes, never looked me in the eye as I politely asked if there was a chance to scan the odb for the ses light, never honored my extended warranty (wouldn't even look at my car rec eye as I politely asked if there was a chance to scan the odb for the ses light, never honored my extended warranty (wouldn't even look at my car record even though it's been serviced there ince 2004. After I patiently wait for his rude little ass, he tells me after all that to make an appointment to scan my SES and that I'd be charged $140 even if I am warrantied... Who hires these people? Byebye BMW LB, bye-bye. More

Long Beach MINI (Long Beach BMW) made my new car purchase a real pleasure. They didn't pressure me to purchase anything I didn't want and made sure I was satisfied. They made sure to review many features o a real pleasure. They didn't pressure me to purchase anything I didn't want and made sure I was satisfied. They made sure to review many features of the car before I drove it away. I called back a few days after picking up my new car and they were prompt and courteous about answering my questions. I'm very happy with my car and would happily recommend this dealer to my friends and family. More
I have wanted a Mini for some years. Over Christmas, I test drove many cars in my price range and basically left the Mini test drives for last. My first Mini experience was at another dealership and it w test drove many cars in my price range and basically left the Mini test drives for last. My first Mini experience was at another dealership and it was no fun. The salesmen were snobs and not interested in exploring ways I could buy a Mini - if I didn't commit to their overpriced convertible, then they weren't interested in showing me anything else. It was not a good experience. But I was determined to get a Mini. I initially came in to the Long Beach dealership because of their website and how friendly and well-organized it. Based on that, I was willing to make the trek to Long Beach as opposed to a closer dealership (I'm in Culver City). It was the complete other end of a car buying experience. John's very knowledgeable about Minis and was most gracious to us, taking us on test drives of all the models and answering the boatload of questions I had. I was able to see most all of the color combos and trim packages I was interested in and it was an easy choice to do the deal with John. We waited a fairly long time for the credit check, financing, etc. and John again was just as pleasant as can be, talking with us and we were even able to bring in our dog...I look forward to the next time I am at this dealership - it was a terrific experience and I have already referred a couple of people to LB to look at Minis. I drove up to Long Beach BMW (my first visit) to see a CPO '05 M3 ZCP (competition package). I dealt first with Frank DeLoache over the phone, asking many questions, and then with Robbie Montinola for th CPO '05 M3 ZCP (competition package). I dealt first with Frank DeLoache over the phone, asking many questions, and then with Robbie Montinola for the test drive and final deal. Both men were extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make the sales experience a good one. Overall I was treated like royalty by everyone at the dealership. I will definitely look first to Long Beach BMW when considering my next BMW. More
The general manager misrepresented this sale. The advertised and stated equipment on the car did not exist. The gm first admitted the mistake then later denied it. It took a lawsuit to get them to pa advertised and stated equipment on the car did not exist. The gm first admitted the mistake then later denied it. It took a lawsuit to get them to pay up. It's disgusting to know a BMW dealer would sell a car under false pretenses. After something this aggregious, no one should buy from this dealer. More
Not a good experience. I called the internet department and was told a price that I agreed on and confirmed that I could get buy rate on the lease and they packed the rate. I'd avoid these guys at all cost and was told a price that I agreed on and confirmed that I could get buy rate on the lease and they packed the rate. I'd avoid these guys at all costs. I was going to buy a 328i coupe w/sports package and bmw assist and was able to get a 328i coupe w/sports package, premium package, navigation, and ipod integration for the same payment they offered me. The buy rate makes a huge difference folks. Don't let the laid back vibe fool you. More
