Fernando Lizarraga and Brian Woolverton are AWESOME!!! I live in South Bay, but I always bring my BMW to Long Beach BMW for maintenance and repair. Long Beach BMW has the wonderful employees like Fernando Lizarraga and Brian Woolverton etc. who are always taking extra effort to help customers out to make sure that customers are satisfied. They are very knowledgeable and patient. Fernando Lizarrage and Brian Woolverton are truly assets to Long Beach BMW. Thank you, Fernando and Brian. Great job!!! Dealership was great, my car quality wasn’t. The experiance with the dealership and staff was great. I gave a low rating because of the Certified BMW I purchases. I spent more to get a Certified BMW to have piece of mind. Right when I drove off the lot I already had issues. First just something small like the lighters not working to charge my phone and my phone keeps dropping Then my sunroof malfunctions and my car is exposed to rain. It never really rains, but with my luck it malfunctions the week that its suppose to rain. I call to make an appointment and they tell me I have to wait a week because they didn't have any loaners available. This is my only vehicle so i couldn't do anything but wait. Now I'm just testing every little thing to make sure that there aren't any other problems because I'm not waiting around a week just to get it things fixed. On top of that I paid $6,000 for a 2 year warranty that they still want me to pay a co-pay each time. I had enough with these little issues, especially with no rear camera (this was 100% my fault for not looking) for the amount I spent. I was about to go back an return the car. I looked at the paperwork and noticed that I waived that right to return the car which again was 100% my fault. I should have paid attention, they were just busy and rushed things and i was just excited. I should have just waited and save myself the headache and gotten a new BMW. Bottom line, the experience with the staff and dealership was good. I love the car besides these issues but I probably wont come back to this dealership for my next BMW. I really felt like this was a downgrade from my Acura instead of an upgrade back to a BMW. More

Sales made sure that i was extremely satisfied even when i forgot a certain specification after closing the deal they returned the car and got me a new one that had the specification i needed. Amazing customer experience. No up selling or pressure and this dealership truly values customer time, satisfaction and experience. Have had many German cars before but my first BMW and the amazing experience i had at this dealership has sure made me a BMW lifer. More

It is always a pleasure to drink coffee and watch some cooking shows on the food network as was the case when I getting regular maintenance on my 3 series. They have a good internet connection also available so one can get some serious work done. I can't say I've ever before looked forward to getting my car serviced. More
Warranty expiring I brought my car in for a final service before the warranty expired. They were able to honor the usual stuff like oil change, wipers and tiny filters. I also had an issue with the drivers seat cover cracking so they were able to cover that under warranty as well. The only problem was when I picked up the car, another part was broken / worn out so they had to replace that as well. In all I had to leave my car there twice for 2 days at a time to have the work done. I’m happy the work was done, just wish I didn’t need to make 2 trips. Art did a good job and knowledgeable of my BMW. Thanks Art! More

The sales staff is knowledgeable and efficient, and I feel that I purchased my vehicle a fair price. The only drawback with our experience this time was the inadequately staffed financial department; we test drove and deciding on a vehicle in less than an hour, followed by nearly a two hour wait to do the paperwork. In the past this is been accomplished more expeditiously. As a returning customer, I already know about the terrific service department, which by the way, looks very clean and impressive at the new location. More
