Feel Special When I need service the Long Beach BMW Service Department makes the experience pleasant. They are courteous, respectful and informative. Although the price is quite high but then it is a 750 and if I couldn't afford good service, I wouldn't have purchase the vehicle in the first place. I've been driving the 7 series for 20 years and have owned 4. I always look forward to getting behind the wheel. More

Great Experience I received a mailer from the dealership regarding the California Emissions Warranty and to make an appointment for a complimentary diagnostic test. My I received a mailer from the dealership regarding the California Emissions Warranty and to make an appointment for a complimentary diagnostic test. My appointment was on Friday, April 27 and Brian Woolverton was my Service Advisor. He was so gracious and personable. In addition to the California Emissions Warranty, he found two other warranties that applied to my car and made arrangements for service. He told me that the codes showed I needed to replace the internal/external filters and I needed a brake fluid flush. I declined at first and told him I'd take care of it later but I decided to take care of the brake fluid flush and an oil change. Brian found coupons for both the brake fluid flush and the oil change ($89.99, good deal!). Although I wasn't planning to pay for the extra service, I was happy I did; especially the brake fluid flush. Brian made sure everything was completed the same day. I was extremely pleased with Brian, he was a joy to work with. More
The only dealership I would go to I would not service my car anywhere else. Brian Morgan is my service man and he is great! I appreciate his follow thru and follow up. In every situation, he has consistently taken the time to address each issue, and properly fix it (or have it fixed). I have 2 other dealerships closer which we used in the past due to convenience, but was very happy with both. It is well worth my times and add'l miles to have my car serviced at Long Beach with Brian. Very happy and satisfied. More
Horrible Dealer and Service When a company resale’s a used product, especially with a brand such as BMW, we as the customers expect that when we see a stamp of “PRE-CERTIFIED” it When a company resale’s a used product, especially with a brand such as BMW, we as the customers expect that when we see a stamp of “PRE-CERTIFIED” it means that your mechanics and other staff have made a full inspection of your vehicles before resale. Having constant issues with my brakes that your staff insist are not covered under my extended warranty so they want to give additional charges to inspect is unacceptable. To find out that there is no record of anyone inspecting my windshield to know that it was replaced improperly is absurd, and to know that there are TWO Vin #s on my car is incredibly irresponsible of you as a company to not have noticed. Oh and Robert Behr, he is absolutely the worse. I spoke to him in regards to my situation and didn't car. I was ignored and brushed off by everyone in the dealer. I had to involve corporate in order to get quality service. This dealer is a scam. More

Job well done. I’ve been coming to this dealership for about 5 years now. Very poor customer service I love my new car and sales person was helpful. A lot of false information and also the guy in finance spent over half an hour trying to sell me added service & warranty options on a brand new car - which I had to politely refuse - 5 TIMES!!! The whole process took way longer than it should have. Also they never paid off my old car which they took as a trade-in so I was still being billed for it 3 weeks after the fact. When I called and complained the manager apologized and assured me he would get back with me the next day. 3 days have passed and still have not heard back from him. I do not recommend this place. More
