Poor Buying Experience The sales person Cerin was great. She was nice and attentive. When she's gotten some more experience under her belt, she will be great. The people that she answers to should stop bullying her. They didn't seem like they were there to help her grow and the company seems really not like a team, but every person for themselves. I am sure this is not the best dealership for BMWs out there. If you can find another dealership with the car you want, maybe give them a try. But if you have to buy at LB BMW, ask for Cerin, or her american name is "Jenna". The sales manager, "Alex" Shin, started very help and accommodating. But when we start negotiating, he agreed to terms with us. Than while we were starting to sign the papers, we found out that he removed some services that we had agreed upon and didn't notified us. It was a good thing that we caught it before we finished signing the paperwork. The finance guy, Tim, was pretty efficient and informative. He did his best to help us finished as quick as he could. But when he tried to sell us the additional products, he used scare tactics to try to convince us to buy. Made me feel like that BMWs were poorly built cars and high and expensive maintenance cars. He should use some finesse in giving the clients the option of buying and let the buyers decide rather than pressuring the buyers. I would not buy another car at this dealership unless they had the exact car I wanted and the price that I'm willing to pay. At that point, I would sacrifice good service...I guess. More

Service Adviser Miguel Rivera all ways far exceeds . I just had a brake flluid and coolant flush completed on my 2013 135i cpe, and as all ways my S/A Miguel R. continues to far exceed my expectations. He is a superb person to discuss just about anything car related or otherwise. He presents an excellent representation of what a BMW S/A should be. I believe other dealerships could learn an awful lot from his fine example. In addition, he verify's that every thing on my work order is completed to not only "BMW standards", but his very own as well.
