Manny was very nice, attentive, helpful and offered his apologies for the missing part. I was not happy that I did not get the part I needed on my scheduled appointment, and no one seemed to be aware th apologies for the missing part. I was not happy that I did not get the part I needed on my scheduled appointment, and no one seemed to be aware that it was not in stock. A check needs to be made between the people who schedule appointments and the service department who needs to know if a part is available before an appointment is scheduled. I spent a day getting there, disturbing my family for rides and coming home with nothing but frustration. Inhouse communication is the key. More

Scott was really friendly and helpful. While it was hard being without a car for 4 days they were upfront with the work needing to be done and the price point. I took my mini last Saturday to be repaired, Tuesday I picked it up and was told all issues were repaired, today as soon as a got on the freeway the car started to have the same problems, they did not fix picked it up and was told all issues were repaired, today as soon as a got on the freeway the car started to have the same problems, they did not fix it! This is my first and last visit to Long Beach BMW, allow me to explain. On February 10, 2021, I purchased a 2020 BMW M2 Competition new from BMW of San Luis Obispo. Not sure why the car sat on the lot for me to explain. On February 10, 2021, I purchased a 2020 BMW M2 Competition new from BMW of San Luis Obispo. Not sure why the car sat on the lot for extended period of time, but regardless it was sold to me as "new" and it was the model with the features I wanted, so I snagged it up. I'm still working at home so I didn't drive my M2 all that much but for the 40+ days and roughly 500 or so miles, the car left me stranded. I had to use BMW roadside assistance to have my car towed to Long Beach BMW. A day later, my service advisor informed me that the car is indicating that I left the lights on (I know I didn't) and that my battery was not going to be replaced under warranty. What the heck? Second, my service advisor mentioned that the DME (computer) is malfunctioning and I was questioned if the car had an aftermarket tune on it. Seriously? Overall, the car and the dealership didn't instill confidence in me with the brand and those who service them. I emailed my sales person and the GM at BMW of San Luis Obispo & CC'd my service advisor and GM at BMW of Long Beach about the battery history with no response from all parties. I do not like being accused of things I know I didn't do to my car, especially for how long I have owned the car. I ultimately did not have to pay out of pocket for the battery, but it's pretty tacky that my service receipt indicates the following, "Battery faulty. Goodwill. As per test plan found battery to be faulty due to lights being left on." More
