I recommend you do your research prior to coming to this dealership. I've purchased vehicles before from BMW (not this dealership) therefore I know what they offer in terms of financing etc.. When I mentioned to the sales agent that I will be utilizing the BMW Select Financing option, his response was "We don't offer that here". WHAT?!! Yes, you do! The rate they were providing me was not at all what I was previously locked in (previously applied online) at. I understand that the sales agent is new, what makes it worse is his inaccurate responses were after he went to check with his manager. I'm in Sale and I pride myself in assisting buyers with the best options for them. Sadly, if you don't know what you are doing before you walk into this dealership, you might not walk out with what is best suited for you. P.S. the quote the manager came out and gave me for my trade in was $500 due to my mileage. I got $5,000 elsewhere. More

He prepped all the paperwork while I was in court and made the process super smooth, followed my putting me in the hands of the finance manager Richard Houston who made the contract signing simple and entertaining! Last but not least, the service department is top notch making Miguel Rivera my go to for any car service. All in all, this Dealer has got it down!
