My family and I went to Long Beach BMW and met Tim the GM. He came in to meet us on a Sunday (which is his day off). I've never heard of a GM come in to work on his day off. They all worked together to give us the best experience and explained everything to us step by step. We didn't feel pressured! Everyone went over and beyond our expectations! Excellent Sales Representative. Our Jose the sale representative very nice. The first time we called, he sent us pictures and videos about the vehicle. The Long Beach BMW is very nice and has amenities for customers while we are waiting. However, I almost gave 3 stars rating due to some discrepancies on what was advertised and was we were told about the vehicle. Also, it took so much time to close the deal because inaccurate info so Jose has to go back and forth to check with his manager and the finance dept. It was a very busy day for them too. However, it is the first time that we experienced so much time waiting around to close the deal that I we almost walk away. The overall experience would have been better but hopefully Long Beach BMW may improve it because their personnel are so nice and willing to help customers. Thank you Jose you made possible for your company and for us to close this sale. More
